1 Admission to various classes starts at the beginning of the academic session in March/April every year. Admission tests are held in Feb (Second Sunday) followed by an interview.

2. Age Limits:

The student should complete the under mentioned year of age on 31 Mar of the year in which admission is sought as given against each class :-
Class V : 9 years
Class VI : 10 years
Class VII : 11 years
Class VIII : 12 years
Class IX : 13 years
Class X : 14 years
Class XI : 15 years
Class XII : 16 years

3.Entrance Tests for Classes V to X :

For admission to class V & VI the candidate has to appear for a test in English, Hindi, Mathematics, and General Awareness. Apart from above mentioned subjects, candidates seeking admission to class VII-X will be tested in the subject of Science and Social Science also. The syllabus for the same would be of the class deemed to have been cleared by the applicant (CBSE Syllabus)

4.Admission to XIth Class:

Minimum percentage for different streams for admission to class XI are given below:-
Science Maths English
Science with Maths (Standard) 71 71 51
Science without Maths 71 61 51
Commerce with Maths - 71 51
Commerce without Maths - 51 51
However, meeting the eligibility criteria given above on account of minimum percentage does not gurantee admission. The admission to a particular stream will depend on relative merit and availability of seats. The candidate opting for Science/Commerce stream may have to appear for an Aptitude Test, if required. The minimum eligibility criteria will be increased by 10% for all streams for Civilian candidates.
